๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ 100% India-built

Built for Indian NGOs.
Not adapted for them.

Generic CRM software was built for sales teams and multinational corporations. NGOHub was built from scratch for the way Indian NGOs actually work โ€” 80G receipts, FCRA reporting, Razorpay, WhatsApp, and all.

How most Indian NGOs manage their operations today

If any of these sound familiar, you're not alone โ€” and you don't have to keep working this way.

Donor data in Excel

Spreadsheets with no shared access, no version history, and no way to see a donor's complete giving picture. When a staff member leaves, so does the institutional memory.

80G receipts by hand

Word document templates, typed one by one, emailed individually. A 200-donor fundraiser takes days to receipt. Donors wait. Mistakes happen. Corrections mean more emails.

WhatsApp from personal phones

Messages go from a staff member's personal number. When that person leaves, the NGO loses its WhatsApp history with every donor. Donors don't know who is messaging them.

Grant deadlines in a calendar

Utilisation report deadlines tracked in a personal Google Calendar. Reporting assembled from multiple spreadsheets. One missed deadline can affect the next grant instalment.

Finances in Tally, everything else somewhere else

The accountant works in Tally. The programme team has their own spreadsheets. There's no single view of how much has been raised for each cause or how much of a grant has been spent.

No real-time fundraising visibility

To know how a campaign is going, someone has to manually count donations and update a spreadsheet. There's no live view of how much has been raised against a target.

FCRA reporting by hand

Foreign contributions are tracked in a separate spreadsheet. The annual FCRA return is assembled manually by comparing bank statements with records. Auditors flag errors.

No donor portal

Donors who want a copy of their 80G receipt have to email or call the NGO. Staff spend time on receipt requests that should be self-service.

Generic software wasn't built for Indian NGOs

Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho are excellent tools โ€” for the businesses they were designed for. But Indian NGOs have specific regulatory requirements, payment infrastructure, and operational patterns that generic CRM tools simply don't handle.

Every Indian compliance requirement. Already handled.

NGOHub is built around the Indian regulatory framework, so your team never has to think about compliance paperwork.

๐Ÿงพ

Section 80G โ€” Income Tax Act

NGOHub generates receipts in the exact format required by the Income Tax Department. Every field โ€” donor name, PAN, amount in words and figures, NGO 80G number, registration date โ€” is populated automatically from the donation record. Cash donations above โ‚น2,000 are flagged as ineligible for 80G. The receipt reaches the donor instantly.

๐Ÿ“‹

Form 10BE

At the end of each fiscal year, NGOHub generates Form 10BE for every eligible donor โ€” the certificate of donation required under Section 80G(5)(viii) for donors to claim their deduction. Bulk generation and delivery via WhatsApp and email.

๐ŸŒ

FCRA โ€” Foreign Contribution Regulation Act

Foreign contributions are tracked in a separate income ledger from the moment they are recorded. Grant management includes FCRA-specific tagging. The annual FCRA report and Form FC-3C data can be exported directly from NGOHub, saving days of manual assembly.

๐Ÿ”’

DPDP Act 2023 โ€” Data Protection

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives donors the right to access, correct, or erase their personal data. NGOHub's donor self-service portal handles these requests automatically, and every data operation is logged in an audit trail.

๐Ÿ“ค

Tally XML Export

Your accountant and CA work in Tally. NGOHub exports all income and expense records as Tally-compatible XML at any time โ€” no re-entry, no reconciliation headaches, no version mismatch between your programme records and the accounts.

๐Ÿ”‘

Role-Based Access Control

Staff see only the data relevant to their role. Admin, Accountant, Campaign Manager, Programme Staff, and Read-Only roles are built in. Custom roles can be configured. Every action is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.
